We clearly distinguish standard tasks from optional add-ons (like interior oven or window cleaning) and from work that's excluded unless specifically confirmed (like heavy organization, post-construction debris, or biohazard cleanup).
Communication
We confirm your appointment, share arrival-window updates, and rely on the access instructions you provide. If conditions differ from what was disclosed at booking, we'll communicate with you before proceeding with any additional work.

Material changes to price or scope should be explained and approved by you before any additional chargeable work proceeds.
